Minor Repairs

Quick fixes with no estimate charge; bench rate $70/hr, minimum $30

Major Restorations

Detailed work with $35 estimate fee; parts extra, setup often needed

No work will be performed without your prior consent. Before any repairs begin, we take photos of your guitar to document its condition. While we strive to handle your instrument with the utmost care, please understand that we cannot guarantee it will remain completely free of scratches.

All repairs we undertake are strictly non-cosmetic.
Cosmetic repairs need to be approved before beginning any work.
Any parts needed for the repair will incur additional costs.

You will receive an outline of the proposed work so we can decide together on the best course of action.

Please note that repair costs may vary depending on your instrument’s age, condition, value, and the quality and stability of any previous repairs. Occasionally, once work has started, unforeseen issues may arise. Rest assured, no further work will be continued without your permission.

You are welcome to bring your preferred strings for installation. For the safety and proper storage of your instrument while in our care, please provide it in a case or gig bag.

We maintain records of string action height, bridge and saddle heights, and neck relief upon your instrument’s arrival and departure from our shop.
